Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Trade Finance Professional based in Sri Lanka to join our expanding freelance sales team. This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity for individuals with a background in finance, banking, or corporate advisory services who are passionate about international trade and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify and engage new clients involved in international trade (exporters/importers) and promote our trade finance products including Letters of Credit (LC), Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), and Bank Guarantees (BG).
- Generate leads and drive new sales opportunities within your local and extended business network.
- Build long-term client relationships, supporting them with documentation and compliance checks.
- Review trade finance applications to ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and CTF regulatory guidelines.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in financial consulting, business banking, trade advisory, or a similar field
- Proven track record in lead generation and closing sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of compliance protocols including KYC, AML, and PEPs (preferred)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in client documentation
- Must own a PC or laptop with webcam and stable internet connection
