Job Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and technically-savvy Technical Sales Executive to join our team in Kandy. In this role, you’ll drive sales of our waterproofing products, provide on-site technical support, and work directly with clients to understand and solve their waterproofing needs. If you’re passionate about sales and have a background in construction or building materials, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow with a dynamic and specialized company.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell waterproofing solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients
- Conduct client visits to understand requirements and recommend suitable products or systems
- Provide technical guidance and demonstrations to support product use and installation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and support
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and new innovations
- Prepare reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market conditions
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in technical or B2B sales
- Familiarity with waterproofing products or construction materials
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
Nice-to-Have:
- Previous experience in the chemical or construction industry
- Knowledge of site work and installation methods for waterproofing
- Fluency in Sinhala and basic English communication skills
