About the Job
SafeMove Express Couriers Pvt Ltd is hiring a full-time Operations Supervisor for international courier services at our Negombo office. You will manage daily operations, guide the team, and help us deliver fast, reliable service to our global customers.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day international courier operations
- Lead and support the operations team
- Make sure shipments are handled quickly and correctly
- Keep things running smoothly and improve where needed
- Maintain service quality and solve issues as they come up
What You’ll Need
- Experience in international courier services is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good at solving problems and making quick decisions
- A degree in Logistics, Operations, or a related field
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
