Position Overview: What You’ll Do
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, driving new business and forging strong relationships in the ad tech and publishing space. You’ll be instrumental in scaling the global adoption of Traffic Cop, our premium AI-powered fraud detection tool.
This isn’t just another SaaS sales role. You’ll be joining a high-impact team, working alongside some of the most respected professionals in ad tech, with a product that is gaining rapid traction across global markets.
Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:
🔍 Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify, research, and pursue qualified leads across high-growth ad tech and publishing companies.
- Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline, particularly across APAC, LATAM, and other emerging markets.
🎯 Full-Cycle Sales Execution
- Own every stage of the sales funnel—from discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct high-impact sales presentations and live product demos tailored to the unique challenges of each prospective client.
- Understand complex client needs and craft value-focused solutions that clearly differentiate Traffic Cop.
💡 Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans to penetrate new regions and verticals.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Ad Ops teams to align sales efforts with product capabilities and market demand.
- Identify and onboard channel partners (SSPs, DSPs, publishers, etc.) to scale growth via joint pursuits.
📊 Revenue Forecasting & Reporting
- Maintain detailed and accurate sales forecasts, KPIs, and performance reports using our CRM.
- Present sales trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for revenue acceleration to leadership.
🔄 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, helping refine product development and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with technical and onboarding teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction post-sale.
Who You Are

✅ Required Skills and Experience
- 7–10 years of B2B SaaS or Ad Tech sales experience with a demonstrable record of exceeding targets
- Strong familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, GCPPs, MCMs, Ad Networks, and the programmatic advertising ecosystem
- Experience managing and closing mid- to large-sized enterprise deals
- Proficient in using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales enablement tools
- Proven ability to work across multiple time zones in a remote-first environment
💬 Communication & Relationship Building
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Capable of managing complex sales cycles and communicating with both technical and executive-level stakeholders
- Skilled in consultative selling and needs-based discovery

- Familiarity with ad fraud issues like IVT, bot traffic, click injection, and spoofing
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or Mandarin
- Existing client relationships in APAC or LATAM regions
