Job Opening: Sales Manager – Sri Lanka (TIC Industry)

About the Role:
EFRAC is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to help us grow our business in Sri Lanka. If you have experience in food testing, inspection, and certification (TIC), especially in the food manufacturing industry, this could be a great fit for you.

Your main job will be to introduce our services to both private companies and government departments, build strong client relationships, and help us grow in the Sri Lankan market. This role includes travel, meeting people, and promoting EFRAC’s services.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote EFRAC’s testing and certification services to clients in Sri Lanka
Report sales activity daily to our Head Office in Kolkata
Set up cost-effective ways to move samples to our lab
Coordinate with customs or border officials to ensure smooth sample transport

What We’re Looking For:

At least 8 years of experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) industry, ideally in food-related services
Strong communication skills in English and local languages
Good connections with local regulatory bodies
A degree in Science (B.Sc./M.Sc.) is preferred, but experienced graduates from other fields can also apply
Must be goal-oriented and ready to meet sales targets
Willing to travel frequently

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business, or related fields
Master’s degree or certifications in TIC or food industries are a bonus
