Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive who will play a pivotal role in student recruitment and brand promotion. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, thrives in a target-driven environment, and possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Recruitment & Lead Conversion

  • Actively engage with potential students through direct outreach, phone consultations, and digital platforms to explain our diploma and degree offerings.
  • Convert inquiries into enrollments by identifying student needs and presenting tailored program solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and admissions using CRM tools.

2. Outreach & Promotion

  • Conduct school and tuition center visits, presentations, and career seminars to promote academic programs.
  • Represent the campus at local education fairs and marketing events to expand our visibility and network.
  • Foster relationships with education agents, counselors, and community influencers to generate consistent lead pipelines.

3. Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with the marketing department to execute digital and traditional campaigns, including social media promotions, email marketing, and event marketing.
  • Provide feedback from the field to refine messaging, offers, and promotional strategies.
  • Assist in content creation for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with branding and outreach goals.

4. Customer Service & Information Management

  • Respond to student inquiries via calls, walk-ins, emails, and social media messages with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Guide students through the admissions process, including eligibility checks, documentation, and payment follow-up.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint, building trust and rapport with students and guardians.

5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Provide daily and weekly updates on outreach activities, lead status, and enrolment achievements.
  • Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing enrolment trends and market feedback.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment (freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent command of Sinhala and English (Tamil proficiency is a plus).

Skills & Attributes:

  • A passion for education and student development.
  • Confidence in public speaking, presentations, and one-on-one conversations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet enrolment targets.
  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of digital tools, social media, and CRM platforms such as Bitrix24 or Zoho.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in an educational or training institution.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends for events or seminars.

Work Schedule & Conditions:

  • Full-time, based in Kandy.
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; occasional weekend events may be scheduled.
  • Travel to local schools and events may be required; travel expenses will be reimbursed.
