Job Overview
We’re hiring a Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our outreach and online marketing efforts. This full-time remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in B2B environments, understands digital marketing tools inside and out, and has a knack for building relationships that convert. You’ll manage everything from LinkedIn prospecting to Google Ads—working closely with our Australian team to grow our client base and online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
- Launch and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting office managers, construction firms, NDIS coordinators, and real estate professionals
- Build and maintain a B2B sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new leads
- Research local industry trends and opportunities in the Queensland cleaning market
- Create and deliver persuasive proposals and quotes tailored to client needs
- Nurture ongoing relationships with both prospects and current clients
Digital Marketing & SEO
- Plan and post engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Conduct keyword research and write SEO-friendly website content and blog posts
- Launch and manage Google Ads campaigns with performance-driven budget allocation
- Optimize Google Business listings and local directory presence
- Track KPIs and deliver monthly performance reports
Campaign & Creative Management
- Coordinate with designers to develop visuals for social posts and promotional materials
- Run marketing campaigns across service lines (e.g., end-of-lease, commercial, deep cleans)
- Collaborate on landing page copy and website updates to boost conversion rates
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance across channels and adjust strategies based on data
- Provide monthly summaries highlighting results, improvements, and future recommendations
- Stay informed on competitor activity and market positioning
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Proven experience with LinkedIn B2B outreach and lead generation
- Strong background in social media marketing and digital content creation
- Google Ads campaign management and performance optimization experience
- SEO knowledge including on-page optimization and keyword strategy
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and social scheduling tools
