About the Role

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our General Manager at Hilton Yala Resort & Spa. In this role, you’ll handle all administrative tasks such as scheduling, typing, filing, managing emails, taking calls, and arranging travel. You’ll be the go-to person for organizing the office and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Answer phones, take messages, and greet visitors
Prepare reports and letters as directed
Maintain calendars and arrange meetings
Track guest feedback and highlight VIP guests
Handle supplies, filing, and general office upkeep
Use hotel systems like email and voicemail properly
Take minutes during meetings and follow up on tasks

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years in a similar role
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Fluent in English – written and spoken
Confident in typing (60 wpm) and basic computer use
Able to deal with different people in a calm, professional way
Must have a valid driving license and personal vehicle
