Job Overview
We’re hiring a creative, data-savvy Marketing Manager to lead our online growth efforts. In this fully remote, full-time role, you’ll manage content strategy, guide a global remote team, and run digital campaigns across major social platforms. You’ll have the freedom to innovate, use AI tools, and drive real results in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform marketing strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, and X (Twitter)
- Build and manage content plans for niche topics (e.g., skincare, hair regrowth, body sculpting) to grow engaged online communities
- Oversee and collaborate with remote creatives (writers, designers, video editors) to roll out campaigns across 15+ brand sites
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva, and CapCut to streamline and scale content production
- Track campaign metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to optimize conversions and engagement
- Work closely with the sales team and share actionable insights directly with the founder
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Proven ability to think analytically and use data to drive decisions
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and brand storytelling
- Comfortable working independently and managing projects remotely
Nice-to-Have:
- Prior experience in digital marketing, content management, or brand strategy
- Familiarity with AI content tools and platforms like Canva, Meta Business Suite, CapCut
- Interest in skincare, beauty, or e-commerce industries
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Location & Work Type
- Location: Remote (Applicants must be based in Sri Lanka)
- Hours: Full-time, aligned with Korean Standard Time (8 AM – 5 PM)
