The Role
We’re looking for someone to join our outbound travel team in Seeduwa. You will help arrange overseas tours, book hotels, plan travel routes, and support customers from start to finish. You will also help promote eco-friendly travel and ensure clients have a smooth and memorable journey.
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication and people skills
- Able to manage tasks and stay organized
- Some knowledge of global travel and popular destinations
- Eye for detail and quick thinking when solving problems
- Familiar with travel bookings and building itineraries
- Works well both alone and with a team
- Knowing more than one language is a plus
- A degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
- Experience with Galileo GDS is a bonus
