Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives that enhance our brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue. You’ll spearhead campaigns, drive digital performance, and play a key role in shaping how guests connect with our hotels across the globe.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand standards
  • Lead all digital channels including website content, SEO, email marketing, paid media, and social media
  • Create and manage compelling campaigns, offers, and promotions to boost bookings and engagement
  • Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure cohesive marketing support and messaging
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and user engagement
  • Identify market trends and customer insights to refine targeting and content strategies
  • Oversee loyalty and guest engagement programs to build brand affinity and repeat business
  • Build relationships with media partners, influencers, and stakeholders to amplify brand reach

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with strong expertise in digital strategy and execution
  • Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns from concept to performance analysis
  • Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media platforms, Google Analytics, and CRM tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative approach with cross-functional leadership experience
