The Opportunity
Coin Factory is seeking a forward-thinking Chief Technical Officer to shape our technical direction and drive innovation across our blockchain and DeFi platforms. As a key member of the executive team, the CTO will ensure technological excellence across the entire product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the technical strategy for blockchain products and token platforms, including CoinLoan, CoinMiner, and RankingGame.
Lead and mentor engineering teams in building secure, high-performance blockchain infrastructure across networks such as Ethereum, Solana, and BNB Chain.
Oversee the architecture and deployment of smart contracts, APIs, and decentralized applications for token ecosystems including MGC, RealEstate, and RZUSD.
Ensure compliance with evolving global regulations, including KYC and AML standards.
Collaborate across departments to align product features with user and market demands.
Drive advancements in DeFi, tokenization, and gaming technology, maintaining Coin Factory’s competitive edge.
Manage technical operations, balancing innovation with reliability, cost-efficiency, and scalability.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in senior technical roles, including 3 years in blockchain, crypto, or fintech sectors.
Proven experience leading large-scale projects that have delivered substantial value ($10M+).
Strong command of blockchain systems, smart contract development (e.g., Solidity), and distributed infrastructure.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage global engineering teams.
Deep understanding of DeFi, token economies, and blockchain-based gaming ecosystems.
Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, with an ability to align technical vision to business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications or blockchain certifications are a plus.
