About the Role
We are looking for an Executive Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll help plan menus, lead daily food preparation, and make sure every dish supports wellness. You’ll also bring creativity and care to every meal served at our resort.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily kitchen operations
- Lead and guide kitchen staff
- Create healthy and seasonal menus
- Use Ayurvedic cooking methods and ingredients
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Help improve the guest dining experience
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in menu planning and recipe creation
- Team leadership and time management skills
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic food principles
- A background in hospitality or wellness kitchens
- A culinary degree or similar qualification
- Clear communication and good organization
- Experience in a resort or wellness setting is a bonus
Location
This is a full-time, on-site role in Kandy.
