Account Executive – Europe (Remote)
About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly and driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team in Europe. You’ll help find new clients, build relationships, and support our expansion across the region.

What You’ll Do
- Find new business opportunities in the European market
- Build strong connections with clients and partners
- Show how our services can help meet client needs
- Negotiate and close deals
- Work closely with teams in operations, marketing, and hiring
- Track sales progress and keep records up to date
- Attend industry events to represent our company
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in tech or IT
- Comfortable selling to different markets and cultures
- Fluent in English
- Great communicator and team player
- Self-starter who works well remotely
- Familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Willing to work flexible hours to connect with a global team
- Able to understand complex sales and speak to different people in a company
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of European business practices
- Experience in longer enterprise sales cycles
- Understanding of client needs and how to adapt to them
