Operations Associate
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Associate to support one of our clients—a fast-growing company in the food manufacturing and consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives on process, values precision, and is motivated by the day-to-day work of keeping operations organized and efficient.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating supply chain logistics, managing inventory systems, and supporting the client’s backend workflows. This includes working with third-party logistics providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly—from order fulfillment to raw material procurement.
Please Note: Oceans reviews every application manually. We ask candidates to apply to only one role per year. If there’s a better fit, we’ll let you know.

Who You’ll Work With
You will work closely with our client’s internal operations team and external partners—warehouse teams, logistics providers, and suppliers. You’ll also be supported by Oceans’ internal Operations Manager, who will provide onboarding and ongoing professional guidance.
