The Role

As a Commercial Advisor based in or connected to the Galle region, you will be a key player in helping local business leaders explore and establish their Singapore-based holding structures. You will act as a licensed advisor under Kimbocorp’s framework, guiding your clients through early-stage sandbox testing, structuring of ownership and governance, and the formalisation of international entities.

This is not a typical sales role — it’s a high-trust, high-leverage advisory position with the potential to generate six-figure income streams through a combination of commission, performance bonuses, and eventual retainers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and introduce at least three qualified leads per month from your network for advisory consideration.
  • Educate prospects on the benefits of Singapore holding companies, sandbox pre-incorporation models, and strategic shareholder structuring.
  • Engage leads in discovery sessions, sandbox demos, or digital onboarding calls.
  • Collaborate with Kimbocorp’s Singapore-based advisors to support document preparation, legal compliance, and entity formation.
  • Follow up on proposals, refine service offerings based on client needs, and drive deals to close.
  • Attend virtual training and advisory townhalls to refine your understanding of offerings, compliance, and pitch structure.
  • Build and grow a repeatable referral and deal flow engine in your region.
  • Serve as the go-to regional expert for holding company solutions, building long-term trust and client loyalty.

  • Fluent in English and at least one local language (Sinhala/Tamil preferred).

  • Proven network of business owners, professionals, or finance/crypto-savvy stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using Zoom, WhatsApp, CRMs, and digital tools for communication and deal tracking.
  • Prior experience in deal-making, client management, or independent advisory is highly valued.
  • Self-motivated, performance-driven, and capable of building your own book of business.
