Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our vibrant team at Radisson Collection Galle. This role is a dynamic blend of strategic vision, creative execution, and data-driven decision-making. If you are passionate about storytelling through digital platforms and shaping guest experiences through powerful online presence, we want to hear from you.
As a key marketing leader at the property, your efforts will ensure that Radisson Collection Galle maintains a competitive and compelling digital identity in the evolving landscape of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Digital Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies in alignment with brand goals and business objectives.
- Design and execute digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across all key platforms.
- Web and Social Media Management
- Maintain and optimize the property’s presence on brand websites, booking platforms, and third-party review sites.
- Lead the creation, curation, and scheduling of engaging content on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Content & Campaign Development
- Craft compelling marketing messages, visuals, and promotions tailored to various customer segments.
- Work with creative and content teams to produce multimedia assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Performance Monitoring & Analytics
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to track KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, ad performance, and campaign ROI.
- Generate regular reports and insights, presenting data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborative Engagement
- Partner with the Sales and Revenue Management teams to synchronize efforts and capitalize on cross-functional initiatives.
- Coordinate with central brand teams and regional marketing counterparts to ensure alignment with global strategies.
- Market Research & Trends
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends, consumer behavior, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to keep the hotel ahead of the curve.
- Recommend and test innovative marketing tactics and technologies.
- Influencer & Media Relations
- Manage relationships with bloggers, influencers, and media outlets to increase reach and reputation.
- Oversee PR campaigns and coordinate with external agencies when needed.
- Guest Engagement & Loyalty
- Promote Radisson Rewards and other loyalty initiatives through targeted digital efforts.
- Analyze guest feedback to enhance experience-driven content strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or luxury service sector.
- Deep understanding of digital channels, SEO/SEM, paid ads (PPC, social), and content marketing.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics software.
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to manage visual assets and messaging tone.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong leadership qualities and team collaboration abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Sinhala and Tamil are a plus.
