Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Delivery
- Conduct engaging, student-centered lectures using online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Moodle).

- Provide real-world context and application to enhance student understanding.
Course Development
- Prepare and adapt course materials, including presentations, reading lists, assignments, and exam content.
- Ensure content aligns with IIAC academic standards and international expectations.
Student Evaluation
- Design fair and comprehensive assessments to evaluate student learning outcomes.
- Grade assignments and exams in a timely and transparent manner.
- Provide constructive feedback and academic support to enhance student performance.
Academic Engagement

Required Qualifications

A Master’s degree (or above) in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management, Education, or related areas).
Demonstrated teaching or lecturing experience in higher education or vocational settings.
Experience or capability in online course delivery and virtual student engagement.
Proficiency in course design, including preparation of lesson plans, assessment tools, and academic rubrics.
Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
A track record of academic contributions (e.g., publications, research, presentations) is considered an advantage.
