The Role
We are looking for a full-time Student Counselor to join our Kurunegala team. You will meet with students, understand their academic and career plans, and provide the right support to help them succeed. This includes offering guidance, creating counseling plans, and keeping detailed records of each session. You will also work closely with the rest of our team to make sure every student gets the support they need.
What You Need
- Experience or training in student and career counseling
- Good communication and people skills
- A background in education
- Friendly and easy to talk to
- Able to work on your own and with a team
- A degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a similar field
- Previous counseling experience is an added advantage

Kurunegala (on-site, full-time)
