About the Role
We are hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to join our team in Kurunegala. This is a hybrid role, with some work-from-home flexibility. You will help manage daily work, guide your team, and support improvements in how we operate.

- Support team members and help improve performance
- Find better ways to complete tasks and improve workflow
- Make sure all work follows company rules and standards
- Help different departments stay connected and work together
- Take part in planning and improving long-term goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience improving processes and supporting business planning
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to follow and enforce company policies
- Well organized and able to manage several tasks at once
- Confident in solving problems and making smart decisions
- A degree in Business, Management, or a similar field
- Previous experience in a management role is an advantage
