About the Job
We are hiring a Senior Executive – Regulatory & Compliance to help ensure our financial services follow all rules and guidelines.
What You Will Do
- Review transactions and investigate any that seem suspicious
- Help with reporting of unusual or suspicious activity
- Make sure we follow all laws, including those from the Central Bank and related to money laundering
- Work with teams across the company to manage checks and investigations
- Do regular reviews of high-risk accounts
- Help update company policies and documents related to compliance
- Answer compliance questions and keep records in order
- Support training to help others understand and follow rules
What We Are Looking For
- A degree in Law, Business, Finance, or similar
- 2–3 years of experience in a compliance or similar role
- Strong skills in investigation and Excel
- Good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and general computer use
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Careful with details and good at writing reports
- Good problem-solver with understanding of AML and compliance rules
