Administrative and HR Coordinator (Remote)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Weekend: One full weekend per month
Pay: $5 to $6 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do
You will handle both admin and HR tasks, helping the company run smoothly day to day.
Administrative Tasks
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Schedule meetings and caregiver shifts
- Keep licenses and contracts up to date
- Create simple reports and presentations
- Help with QuickBooks tasks
HR and Compliance Support
- Interview caregivers and assist with onboarding
- Keep track of licenses and certifications
- Send reminders for renewals and paperwork
- Respond to patient platform updates
- Match caregivers with patients and manage schedules
- Check insurance eligibility and get authorizations
What We’re Looking For
- Medical training or degree is a plus, but not required
- Experience as a virtual assistant is preferred
- RN license is a bonus
- Experience in home healthcare is a big advantage
- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks
Requirements
- Good English, written and spoken
- Admin or HR experience
- Willing to show NBI or police clearance if asked
- Able to join video calls with your camera on
- Not working with other clients during scheduled hours
Tech Setup Needed
- Reliable computer
- Stable internet (10 Mbps or higher)
- Quiet space to work from home
- Headset and webcam
