What You’ll Do
Lead Sales in Your Area
- Plan and run sales strategies to boost sales and market reach
- Set sales goals and help your team meet them
- Guide and support the sales team to close deals
Manage and Grow Your Team
- Hire, train, and motivate your sales team
- Set clear goals and give regular feedback
- Create a positive, high-performing work culture
Build Customer Relationships
- Stay close to key customers and partners
- Solve issues quickly and keep customers happy
- Keep an eye on market trends and competitors
Oversee Area Operations
- Plan how best to cover your area
- Visit stores/clients regularly to check product visibility and promotions
- Use data to spot sales trends or gaps
Report and Improve
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Use sales numbers and market info to improve performance
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 7+ years of experience in sales (FMCG preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in setting and achieving sales targets
- Great with customer relationships and negotiations
- Able to analyze sales data and trends
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel within your assigned area
