Job Opening: Executive – Reservations & E-Commerce
We’re looking for someone who can handle both reservations and online bookings for our boutique hotel group. If you enjoy organizing, working with people, and managing online travel sites, this could be a great fit for you!
What You’ll Be Doing
Reservations:
- Respond to booking inquiries by email, phone, website, or OTAs
- Keep availability updated in all systems to avoid overbookings
- Handle special requests, group bookings, and VIP guests
- Work closely with the front office to ensure smooth guest check-ins
E-Commerce:
- Manage our listings on OTAs like Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia
- Update photos, descriptions, and offers across all platforms
- Reply to guest reviews in a professional, friendly tone
- Support direct bookings through our website
- Work with the marketing team on online promotions and offers
What We’re Looking For
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality, E-commerce, Marketing, or similar
- At least 2 years of experience in reservations or online sales in hospitality
- Good with hotel booking systems and OTA platforms
- Strong English communication skills
- Very organized, accurate, and tech-savvy
- Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on customer service
- Able to work both independently and in a team
