About the Job:
We’re looking for a smart and detail-focused Planning Executive to join the supply chain team of a global manufacturing company based in Colombo.
This role helps plan production, manage inventory, and make sure everything runs smoothly between supply and demand. If you enjoy working with data and systems—and like keeping things organized—this could be a great fit!
What You’ll Do:
- Create and manage production and material plans
- Work with warehouse, procurement, and production teams
- Keep an eye on schedules and adjust when needed
- Track key numbers like stock levels and on-time delivery
- Help avoid supply issues by planning ahead
- Use ERP systems to keep planning data updated
- Join meetings to align planning with business goals
- Support inventory and cost-saving projects
What You Need:
- A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering
- 2–4 years of planning or supply chain experience
- Good with ERP systems and Excel
- Strong with numbers and solving problems
- Team player who meets deadlines
- Can speak and write in English and Sinhala
